How can I contact another member?
You may contact another member when enquiring about a lead which they have submitted, a product they have posted or when replying to a message you have received. Spamming is not allowed.

I am receiving enquiries that are not connected to my lead or product, what should I do?
Click the 'SPAM' button on the message page or fill in the contact form, telling us who the offending member is.

How many messages may I send?
You may send an enquiry message to any number of leads or products.

My Buy lead is receiving too many enquiries what should I do?
You can pause the lead to prevent any further enquiries.

How many messages can I keep in my account?
Accounts can hold up to 50 received messages and 50 sent messages.
